Samuel Wilson Treece
The funeral of Samuel Wilson Treece, aged 60, former well-known and highly respected Chattanooga pressman, who died Wednesday night at his home in Muskogee, Okla., will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from Chapman's Funeral parlor. The Rev. T. J. Houts and Dr. W. S. Neighbors will officiate. The following will serve as pallbearers: W. C. Johnson, Charles Douglas, J. H. Allen, Clarence Stafford, E. A. Hollingsworth and L. M. Thomas. Mr. Treece was a member of the F. and A. M., K. of P. and the Southern Methodist church. He is survived by his widow, five daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Gillam, of Tulsa, Okla., Mrs. Maria Spaulding, of Memphis; Mrs. Elizabeth Rochelle, of San Antonio, Tex., and Mrs. Allie Bailey and Miss Clara Treece, of Muskogee; four sisters and two brothers. Interment will take place at the Forest Hills cemetery.
