Francis Marion Teague

TEAGUE – FRANCIS MARION, 77, died at his residence, 1927 Greenwood Road, at 2:10 Sunday morning. He had been an active and devoted member of Taylor Street Pilgrim Holiness Church for more than 20 years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Susie Rolland Teague; daughter, Mrs. Eunice Summerhill, of Chattanooga; four sons, Sevier Teague and Roy Teague, Chattanooga; Ulyss Teague, Sylva, N. C., and Edward Teague, Aiken, S. C.; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at Taylor Street Pilgrim Holiness Church, the Rev. C. E. Hanks officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be members of the Bible Class of the church, George Daughtery, J. J. Denton, O. M. Malone, W. J. Harrell, Donald Galyon and Samuel Daughtery. The body is at the funeral home of J. Avery Bryan Company. It will be taken to the church to lie in state from 1:30 p.m. Tuesday until the hour of the funeral.
